Amateur Projects

Over the past 10 years, ATL Composites has supplied DuFLEX Composite Panels into 100's of amateur boat-building projects.

The panels were developed by ATL to minimise the experience required to produce a high performance composite structure.  Time-consuming laminating, coring and vacuum-bagging steps normally required to fabricate composite parts are avoided, and material waste and labour are greatly reduced.

All things are relative, and while DuFLEX construction is quicker and easier than standard composite manufacturing and construction, any boat-building project represents a major commitment in time and resources, and your understanding of the materials involved and the correct ways to use them is critical to the success of your project.

Our experienced technical team provides a high level of customer service and technical support, and are happy to answer questions on all products and application techniques required to make your project a success.
