CustomCustom DuFLEX panels can be manufactured with combinations of carbon skins cored with structural or non-structural foam, select grade and standard density end-grain balsa, or aramid honeycomb, for high performance projects where superior stiffness and weight savings are critical. Core, fibre-orientation and ply schedules can be based on design, or engineering, specifications to best meet weight targets, stress and impact loads, and other design parameters. DuFLEX Composite Panels can be engineered to meet the rules of all major Marine Authorities.
