AmateurDuFLEX Composite Panels were developed by ATL to minimise the experience required to produce a high performance composite structure. Time-consuming laminating, coring and vacuum-bagging steps normally required to fabricate high performance composite panels and products are avoided, and material waste, labour and tooling costs are greatly reduced. All things are relative, and while DuFLEX construction is quicker and easier than standard composite manufacturing and construction, any boat-building project represents a major commitment in time and resources, and your understanding of the materials involved and the correct ways to use them is critical to the success of your project.
